GENERAL QUESTIONS:
Do you have age restrictions…?
Yes, I will see anyone within the ages of 18 to 65 years of age and will ask for
ID (passport) if you look under 18.
Sensual massage, is this the same as a Tantric massage…?
It’s similar to tantric massage in that it gives you an opportunity to explore your sexuality and sensuality in a safe and discreet environment. The massage is to help you explore your feelings of intimacy, sensual and sexual arousal it can also be quite deep for some people. Unlike tantric massage a sensual massage does not include any spiritual aspects such as mediation or rituals, however during your session we will try and work on some breathing techniques so that you have better control, plus this will help you relax more.
I am worried you may do something I don’t want or like…?
All clients are required to complete an Authorisation & Requests Form before the first appointment. This is where you create the experience you want, including boundaries, preferences, what type of massage and intensity of arousal you feel comfortable with. It also enables you to highlight areas of caution or definite No-Go Areas… we also have a chance to talk before the massage starts. The form also acts as legal authority for me to give you this massage.
Do I need to pay a booking fee/deposit…?
I require a booking fee of 50% for all appointments to be paid within 48 hours of booking. This ensures your authenticity, my safety and covers my time if you change your mind and
cancel altogether.
What if I need to cancel my booking…?
Please give me as much notice as possible, minimum 24 hours if you would like your booking fee transferring to another appointment, as I do rely on business going through. I understand life can be unpredictable if you do have to cancel last minute, please do send me a text and tell me.
Do I get a refund of my booking fee if I cancel…?
I do not give refunds for cancellations, but am happy to keep it held on account and then re allocate the deposit to another appointment within 6 months if you give more than 24 hours’ notice for a booking cancellation. Less than 24 hours – under any circumstance – does not give me enough time to re-fill that appointment slot.
Where are you located?
I am based in Hove, East Sussex.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes, for people with disabilities who are unable to manage a few steps into my home and also for individuals/couples that would like private massages where they feel more comfortable in their own home. I do charge an extra fee depending on location.
Do you have disabled access?
No, I am afraid I do not have purpose built disabled access. There is parking outside but as mentioned above there are a couple of steps into my home for some people this may not be suitable and in these situations, I offer home visits.
Can I arrive early…
Unless instructed otherwise please try and arrive at the time of your booking/appointment. As much as arriving ten minutes early might seem helpful, it might be when I am setting up the treatment room for you.
What if I am running late…
Just send me a text to keep me informed, 5 or 10 minutes is understandable, any longer and I may have to shorten your appointment time.
QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CONTENT OF MY SENSUAL MASSAGE:
Do you undress and shower me before the massage…?
No, I will not undress you and due to the current situation I would prefer you to shower before you arrive.
Is there body to body contact?
Yes, massages involve some body to body contact since as well as using my hands, I also use my arms, elbows and if appropriate my body weight, but this can be adjusted to suit your comfort.
Will you be naked for the massage?
No, I will be partially clothed throughout your massage.
Am I allowed to touch you during the massage…?
No, I suggest you concentrate on your own sensations without trying to give pleasure back, as I get my pleasure from massaging you. This is a chance to explore your own bodies sensations and not be distracted by two-way touch. I understand that tactile sensations can be big part of arousal and I am usually comfortable with gentle touch e.g., on back, hands etc except between my legs, but I will guide you during the massage if and when I think this is appropriate. Please note that the therapists’ consent should not be assumed, always ask before touching anyone.
Do I get to arouse you…?
No, all treatments I give are therapeutic and are a chance for you to have some you time without reciprocation.
Do you kiss or receive oral during the massage…?
No, I do not kiss and I do not give or receive oral so please do not ask.
How is the vaginal stimulation given…?
This is given with hands and fingers or if requested with a sex toy. Soyabean & Wheatgerm and olive oil and water-based lubricants are used. You are welcome to bring your own oil and lubrication if you prefer. The type and intensity of both the clitoral and vaginal stimulation can be indicated when you complete the Authorisation & Requests Form. Clitoral stimulation is given earlier in the massage with the external vaginal stimulation, and internal vaginal stimulation (if that has been requested) comes later. The depth and intensity of the vaginal stimulation is guided by you, but I aim to follow your responses as the massage progresses.
When I am turned on I make quite a bit of noise, is that OK…
Yes of course, I encourage you to be free verbally so you can express your pleasure. As your therapist I respond to making it as good for you as I can. The more you respond the more I can confidently give.
Can I talk to you during the massage…?
On arrival we can chat about the treatment for a few minutes before the beginning of the massage. Once the massage is underway, however, its best to refrain from conversation and use the hand-holding method to communicate how you feel during the massage. I will explain this when you get here.
Is anal stimulation optional…?
Again, this can be indicated on the Authorisation & Requests Form as to it being wanted, external only and/or internal. Once the arousal has heightened some exploration in this area is wanted but I am always guided by your responses.
Will you use any toys or vibrators on me…?
This is your choice, I will only use them when massaging and if the client has requested the use of them. Please feel free to bring your own if you have a preferred device.
Can I orgasm more than once…?
Orgasm isn’t the focus of the massage; the intimacy and sensations are. Most people will benefit from building up to one more intense climax rather than multiple smaller ones; for men, sometimes a prostate orgasm and a regular orgasm are possible, and for women multiple orgasms are more common. If you are worried about ejaculating prematurely, we can work on that so it won’t happen, we can also work on you lasting longer over a series of treatments.
Can I have full penetrative sex…?
No, this is NOT something I offer so please do not ask.
Can you include any fetish or role play:
I can include some light fetishes like blindfolding, being tied up or light/medium spanking. I do NOT take requests for specific dress, i.e., stockings, rubber, PVC etc.
Do you give four hand massages?
Four hand massages are currently only provided when I am working with couples. I work with the client massaging a friend/lover/partner.
What oils do you use?
I use either grape seed, soyabean & wheatgerm oil or olive oil and a standard water-based lubrication. If you have any allergies or prefer to use your own products, then please tell me in advance and bring some along with you. I cannot give a dry massage.
Can I come back for regular appointments at a discount?
I would love you to come back, if you book a block of 5 x 60 minute appointments your 6th appointment will cost £25.
Do you offer any other kind of discounts?
We aim to be an inclusive service and in certain circumstances we can offer discounts, please add information to the Authorisation and Request form. If you have severe mental health difficulties, please include in A&R form and I will send you a further form regarding discounts.
Confidentiality QUESTIONS:
How confidential is this:
Totally and completely. Although I will need some personal information as you would need to give for any normal massage treatment, including name, email, mobile number, this will be used to contact you and to keep you and me safe. I do not disclose your details to any third parties unless there is a matter of health and safety or a gross breach of contract.
I will never in any case disclose any personal issues, what you disclose in the treatment room – stays in the treatment room. This is a safe place for you to feel free of any judgement, guilt, fear or shame.
Do’s and Don’ts:
Do – enjoy taking the time to relax, massages are about you letting go and taking some time for yourself to be pampered.
Do – be respectful to the masseuse at all times.
Don’t – grab/grope or expect something that has not been requested.
Don’t – expect sexual intercourse that is something I do NOT offer.

Are you healthy?
I always maintain a high level of hygiene and personal health, I regularly take COVID lateral flow tests. I am also double vaccinated.
Covid Safety:
In order to maintain a high standard of safety, I am only giving a maximum of two appointments a day where possible. So please book in advance.
My personal position is this:
I work from home and do not travel on public transport nor do I have to mix in large crowds or an office space.
All appointments are to be taken at my Hove treatment room where I can maintain a high level of hygiene and I continue to have in place sensible practical protection for both myself and my clients.
Your agreed criteria:
- I will send you an Authorisation & Request Form to complete in which you will be required to guarantee that you are not showing any signs of Covid-19 symptoms or any other ill health.
- You will be asked to confirm that to your knowledge you have not come into contact with anyone with symptoms in the previous 14 days prior to your appointment.
- If you have you recently travelled from a country that you have taken the required quarantine period.
- You confirm that if you have contracted Covid-19 and fully recovered, that you are now virus free and it is at least three weeks since your recovery.
- Please feel free to wear a face mask during the treatment should you wish.
Jo’s criteria:
- Jo ensures that all surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned with sterilizing detergent and that there are disinfectant wipes and hand sanitiser available.
- The massage bed covers are changed after each treatment and towels are freshly washed but you can also bring your own towel if you so wish.
At your request Jo will wear a face mask when giving the treatment.
